eight day tour through the gastronomic heart of Italy. Based in Bologna, our
Gourmet Food & Wine Tour will take you an a culinary journey through Emilia
Romagna with the opportuinity to sample the region's most famous products.
The tour includes visits to a Parmesan cheese factory in Parma, a balsamic
vinegar producer in Modena, an olive oil producer in Brisighella, a tour of
the
regional wine library in the cellar of a
Sforza castle, and a tour of the award winning
Umberto Cesari winery. The tour also
includes trips to the art cities of Ferrara, Ravenna, and the fishing village
